During his 12 year tenure at NCR, designing and installing business operating systems, he attended college nights for eight years majoring in business and law. In 1976 Palmer (his middle name) was started with a niche service market of G.E. boilers in a Levittown/Rahway, NJ neighborhood - and has grown from a part time venture to a million dollar a year wet heat only, heating, design-build and service contractor.
In addition to his duties running Palmer Heating, Mr. Secor is a member of ASHRAE, a former state director for the NJ-PHCC, a free lance writer of technical wet heat issues, small business operations, and business ethics.
His wife Mary, of 37 years, four sons and four grandchildren are the love of his life. He plans to retire in four years, sell his home in New Jersey and move to a second home owned on the top a mountain in Vermont.
