Posted by Tom Wheeling on November 30, 1998 at 04:57:27: From: Texas I've just bought a four year old home, the previous owner installed a recirculator on the hot water heater. It functions via what seems to be muiltple timers, I'm certain there is one timer that's between the heater and the electrical panel. When we adjusted the timers to suit our family requirements, we experienced a problem w/ the breaker at the electrical panel tripping. This has occurred on two occasions, that we're aware of. I would like to find out more about this set-up and the reason for a "home" using a recirculator. I'm considering adding another hot water heater and elminating this design. Any thoughts or comments, please.
