!n 1996, I bought several Moen faucets in a distributor in Miami, and most of them broke. I shipped the faucets to Venezuela and installed them in my home in Caracas in June 1996. I am very upset because of this situation and very disapointed of the quality of these faucets. I am flying to Miami next August 13, and I will like to know if i can get my money back and return the faucets. Please let me know as soon as possible what I should do, thank you
