There is no bonnet on Moen single handle faucets. You take off the handle, remove the metal stop tube sleeve, remove the cartridge retainer clip, and (hopefully) pull the cartridge out. If it comes apart, then you have to get a special tool to remove the outer barrel. Do not try to unscrew anything, If you do you will damage the faucet body and may not be able to repair the faucet.
