I have just purchased a large mid 6o's 3 bed bungalow with storage heaters.The place is freezing cold by late afternoon and as the village has no gas I was considering putting in oil or bottle gas central heating. First I would like info on running cost of bottle gas(not bulk) verses oil and some one who could design a system that with the exclusion on the boiler I could fit myself over the summer-I have a motor enginnering back ground and can do most plumbing without difficulty.The property need much more than we though doing to it and therefore we cannot afford to have it supplied and fitted.
