Customer Service Bacteria Concepts, Inc. : I live in a slab house. It is four years old. Since we bought the house, the toilet in the second bathroom backs up on occassion. When this happens, the backup sewage comes into the tub. It also clogs the vent in the tub. I have managed to get it unclogged, but it is my concern that the system was not constructed right to start with. By the way we have had plumbers look at it and they say nothing is wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions? : Thanks
