The bath tub faucet broke, one day I was going to take a shower, I pulled out the thing that makes the shower run, and the faucet broke off the wall. We went and bought a new one(a universal tub spout), and the same thing happens. I doesn't seem to get tight enough to the wall. What could be going on?
