OK with your explanation of the problem I can tell you that the problem is in the P-Trap of the garbage disposal. Remove P-Trap and clean it out, if clean then obstruction is very close to garbage disposal.
Call a licensed plumbing contractor and your problem will go away today. Good Luck.
