If not then put a flow gague on main line comming into house. Do not use water for several hours or overnight. check flow. If no flow is indicated then perhaps a pressur tank is needed with a foot valve on the input line. It may be that the water pressure drop is due to the elevation . Any loss of maine line pressure from the service maine may be multiplying it self. Example-- homes using water below your home will decrease your water pressure as you are at a higher elevation The greater the elevation difference the greater the pressure loss will be. Water dosn't like going uphill. GOOD LUCK
