Customer Service Bacteria Concepts, Inc. : I just moved into a house that was unlived in for over 6 months. After hooking up the washing machine, I noticed that during the first rinse cycle suds backup out of the drain and leak and run down the wall. I have tried using less soap, but nothing has help.
