With a 1.6 gpf toilet, I would like to use an
off-set 3" closet flange to avoid notching
a floor joist (tight spacing with no option
on toilet location). Visually judging, it
would appear that a 2" dia. ball would clear
the off-set. With a 1.6 gpf toilet, could
there conceivable be a flushing problem?
Toilet uses "elongated siphon action jetted
bowl".
