The instructions are in the disposal box. In a nutshell they consist of: remove the old disposer, (each one has its own mounting system so you have to play it by ear to get it out). Install the new sink flange and set the disposer in place. Refit the drain assembly. If the dishwasher connects to the disposer, remember to remove the knockout plug from the disposer's connector.
